The Education Fund is a Taft-Hartley Labor Management Education Trust with its own Board of Trustees comprised of union leadership and nursing home employers. All Education Fund programs are implemented by the CLTCEC staff.

New CNA Program Enrolling Now!

We are extremely excited to announce the launch of our CNA training program. Courses are being offered now and are made possible through your education fund.

No matter what your level of education is or how long you have been out of the classroom, we have services and classes for you.

Funded 100% by employers, the Education Fund offers courses that range from certification and recertification programs for CPR to become certified as a CNA, and ServSafe food handling, to Continuing Education Unit courses and skills advancement classes.

Academic support to help you enroll and complete course, including making up missed class sessions and assessing what classes are right for you and your schedule.

Career counseling to help you identify your interests and make a plan to develop your skills – as well as help with cover letters and resumes.
