CPR Instructor or CEU Instructor (Contractor Position)
The Education Fund provides educational opportunities as tools of empowerment for eligible healthcare workers in long-term care facilities (mostly SNFs) to improve their skills, grow within the workforce, improve the quality of resident care, and make a better life for themselves and their families. The Education Fund is a statewide multi-employer fund supported through employer contributions. The focus of the program is to provide quality educational programs, increase access to greater career opportunities, improve retention rates and prepare the workforce for the job demands of the future.
The Senior Accountant is responsible for the accurate and timely computing and
preparation of financial transactions including journal entries, general ledger entries, monthly account reconciliations, bank reconciliations and related financial statements. Performs day to day general accounting functions in support of CLTCEC’s Finance Department.
Instructor (Part-Time: English Bilingual in Cantonese)
Instructors provide instruction to adult learners in a variety of subject matters relevant to the Long-Term care industry including theory and practical skills for home care training, guiding them to gain proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in the English language, computer literacy, or other subject area. Teaching may or may not take place in a traditional classroom setting. The instructor is provided with curriculum and materials but may be asked to build an entire curriculum or supplementary materials as needed.
